Should I sign up as an individual or a team?
If you own your practice or pharmacy, or you're signing up on its behalf, choose a team plan. Your organization signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us, and your team's message history is stored securely. If you're employed and signing up on your own, choose Individual.
What happens to message history on the Individual plan?
Because there's no BAA in place for individual accounts, message history isn't stored unless you're in a secure chat with someone on an organization account with a signed BAA.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 3 months free. You won't be charged until your trial ends.
Who counts as a team member?
Anyone on your team who uses Oryn Direct at your location, including physicians, NPs, PAs, pharmacists, nurses, technicians, and front office staff.
